How a claim works
Five steps. We handle four.

Inform your insurer
Register the claim and note the claim number. We can help you do this.
- Step 2
Bring the car in
Drop the car at the workshop, or we pick it up. Towing can be arranged.
- Step 3
Survey & estimate
We prepare the repair estimate and coordinate the surveyor’s inspection.
- Step 4
Approved repairs
Once approved, we repair the car with genuine parts and keep you updated.
- Step 5
Settle & drive
Pay only your share, such as the deductible or depreciation, and drive home.
Keep these handy
Documents for your claim
Your insurer may ask for some or all of these. Bring copies when you drop the car.
- Insurance policy copy
- Registration certificate (RC)
- Driving licence of the person driving
- Claim number from your insurer
- Photos of the damage, if you have them
- FIR copy, if your insurer requires it (theft, third-party or major accident)
